I ordered a cappuccino this morning what I got was some water down coffee with a splash of milk full to the top usually it’s only 3/4 of a cup terrible will not be going back

When I happened to look over, I saw that my drink had been prepared and was sitting on the counter. To my shock, another customer picked up my drink, put her straw in it, and actually tasted it. The Starbucks in Family Fare on Lake Michigan Drive is horrible! I changed to the other Starbucks on Lake Michigan Drive which is awesome! However my husband went to Family Fare this morning and asked for light water and he questioned the lady bc it looked like water…she claimed that Starbucks changed their recipe for strawberry acai. This is not the first time they have lied. The other Starbucks on LM Drive is still very red colored. The afternoon girls that work there are also extremely rude as well.
Sat for 10 minutes while there was 1 customer who received his drink. There were 2 employees working and me and one other customer. Was told twice they would be “one minute”. Never go to this location. Absolutely crazy- I walked out.
Janet was kind and got my coffee ready for me quickly.
