I really love grabbing my coffee to find out there's like 2 inches of foam shorting me on an already expensive drink.
Bad customer service happened Twice!
I order a cold drink, but warm. I typically go to Starbucks, place the order exactly that way and they work their magic and make it. This location says, "sorry that doesn't come hot," and proceeds to tell me all the differences between all the various options. I ultimately was overwhelmed and left. I was running a little behind and didn't have time to go down the street so I just called and asked what they put in it. They told me to show them the app recipe.
