I've been standing here waiting for my drink for ten minutes, holding my rapidly cooling breakfast, and have watched three different drinks be remade in the time I've been here. I also just had it made clear to me that my drink was forgotten. Based on other reviews, this seems like a management issue - mostly in that it seems like this Starbucks isn't managed at all.

I come to this starbucks almost everyday before work, i’m never the type to complain even when the drink isn’t exactly how i want it because i know itll never be exact. Usually when i come to this location i get the Strawberry Crème Frapp and it is usually made very well with flavor, today I got the same drink and when i glanced at it, it did look light in color, and again i’m never the type to complain so i let it be but this drink is pure milk, with little to NO flavoring at all. Ordered a mocha frap + an ice water, I was the only customer. The two girls behind the counter chatted it up before even starting my drink. Five minutes later, I got the water, 12 minutes later, I got my drink, while I watched her, not pour in my second shot of espresso that I paid for… I asked her if she forgot my shot and then she attempted to remake my drink, I had two toddlers with me. I really love grabbing my coffee to find out there's like 2 inches of foam shorting me on an already expensive drink.
