I got my drink 3/4 of the cup. The staff told me i'm not paying for the entire cup. He can add more ice if I want. This is a very disappointing store. The staff name is Fabian.
Drinks were pretty good and the store was clean, but the customer service was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive. Hoping for a better experience next time at Starbucks.
