Today’s service sucked you really need to restaff this place I asked for my drink a specific way and they made it wrong so I kindly asked them to remake it they made it very sloppy with whip cream and caramel drizzle coming out the cup dripping and again asked them to remake it the woman that made the drink comes to the drive thru with an attitude and says with a very bad attitude and a pissed off face and says is this the way u wanted it and I said yes well she then proceeded to give me a mean stare and continued with her a... read more
I had a great experience at Starbucks. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax or get some work done. My latte was rich and perfectly balanced, and the barista was friendly and attentive. The service was a bit slow during peak hours, but the quality of the drinks and the comfortable seating made up for it. Overall, a consistently enjoyable place to visit.
I don’t know if the girl at the drive thru can be any less enthusiastic and rude. If you don’t wanna be there, get a job somewhere else. And listen to your customer when they are talking. Tell me why when i ask for a Sriracha packet, she hands me a straw? I’m in the service industry, and don’t usually yelp but this was by far the worst customer service at a Starbucks i have ever had! She is the sole reason i am giving a 1 star.
