The employee made my drink wrong, and when I complained about it she didn't even offer to remake it for me 😐. She just seemed like she didn't care about her job
Sneaky remark after all I did was ask the cashier if they were able to make my order because the app was showing that the sugar cookie drink had a “choose a store for availability” and my pick up status stated everything was ready to go. I would have happily changed my order to something else if they were out because I just wanted to enjoy some seasonal coffee and had time on my hands to do so. Trinity is so sweet and polite
They always have such a creative drink menu based on the seasons, holidays, or other events in town. The best drink I’ve ever had from Starbucks was here and created by one of the baristas!! (I think it was called “the frat boy”) Also went today and they wrote “xoxo go sip girl” on my bf’s cup and it was so funny and cute. Definitely recommend. <3
