The employee made my drink wrong, and when I complained about it she didn't even offer to remake it for me 😐. She just seemed like she didn't care about her job
Sneaky remark after all I did was ask the cashier if they were able to make my order because the app was showing that the sugar cookie drink had a “choose a store for availability” and my pick up status stated everything was ready to go. I would have happily changed my order to something else if they were out because I just wanted to enjoy some seasonal coffee and had time on my hands to do so.
