This has got to be the worst Starbucks in town. They open late very often, service is okay and this location is always out of stuff. The wait time has gotten so bad, I just avoid it now
We couldn’t even get in. It was only 6 o’clock. The doors were locked, and the employee just looked at us blank
Came in late on 12/22, close to closing time, and Courtney took great care of me. She made me a hot white chocolate and was warm, patient, and professional. That’s the kind of service you want representing your store, and it’s why I’ll be back.
Music blaring. Could not hear guy taking my order. Told him the music was too loud. He didn’t care. Continued trying to place order, but really couldn’t hear. I asked if the music was always this loud. He just said yes, I didn’t bother turning it down or apologizing for it. Starbucks is great! Service at this location is terrible (I think because the baristas or the guy behind the counter likes his loud music—not concerned about customers). Owner needs to know.
