I ordered an iced pistachio latte, but the drink I received was hot. When I brought it back to have it corrected, the replacement was still not made properly. The staff took the original drink, added only a small amount of ice, and returned it to me lukewarm instead of properly iced. This was disappointing because I expected the drink to be remade correctly.
Staggeringly incompetent, or deliberately deceptive? Ordered a Pure Orange Evolution. Was presented an "Organic Defense Up" that has a bunch of stuff in it that...isn't...Orange Juice. Suspiciously, the label was placed directly over the logo information would have indicated it wasn't what I ordered. This after an interminable wait in the drive through. Haven't been there in ages. No plans to return.
This location is consistently closed. Sometimes it’s for construction, other times there’s no explanation. Today, on a Monday afternoon, they close at noon. Make that make sense?
This has got to be the worst Starbucks in town. They open late very often, service is okay and this location is always out of stuff. The wait time has gotten so bad, I just avoid it now
