It had been my favorite Starbucks store until today, when I was mistreated by a person at the drive-through. It's really disappointing when they put people to work, which is really not in line with the values of a franchise, like Starbucks.
I come here all the time for my drink especially in the early morning. The staff is always so helpful in the morning, Eunhae especially has been really nice and always having a cheerful attitude.
This location is always making sure I get going without issues. This is very helpful when I am running late to work.
Before employees write on the cups, please have someone read it before giving them to customers. Someone wrote “have the day you deserve”. Which is just a passive aggressive, and way to tell someone they don’t deserve to be treated nicely. I understand these employees are super young, but not everything is quirky.
