My girlfriend got in line at the drive thru and the lady said she could not hear. So she repeated herself and spoke firmly and clearly and the lady told her to go back around to the end of the line, which 1) does not solve either the speaker issue or the lady's inability to hear, 2) is not fair to my girlfriend since a line had formed behind her, and 3) makes no sense because with that logic, the people behind would experience the same thing.
