Awesome service & great product. Unfortunately, a tough location. This place should have been booming the with a location adjacent to other shopping & the interstate. But, the layout of the shopping center is odd, plenty of parking but lot layout is all over the place. Additionally, the shopping center is a bit desolate, with its dead & dying restaurants & businesses. This place deserves better.
Employees here always have an attitude like they don't want to be there. Everytime I visit this location it's the same service. Lady at headset was condescending and did not speak to me like a customer but rather a child and the guy at the window wasn't very polite either. At the speaker we requested an Iced matcha and looking at the screen when it was rang in, it said iced, however getting to the window it was hot.
