I used to love this location but for some reason lately they consistently do not make the drinks well. My drinks are always completely missing the syrup that comes in them, filled to the brim with ice, today with the wrong type of cold foam, and it’s generally just not good. We only do 1-2 coffee runs a week as a treat now because the price has become astronomical so it’s definitely not worth it to come to this location anymore sadly.
I was the only customer in the lobby and had to wait for 30 minutes for my order. When I asked how long it would take, they responded with some vague “what was your order”. Like yall can’t be serious. It was the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. The customer service was absolutely terrible.
I ordered a frappe and it came out super fast! Was made to profection. And the barista was Amazing I will come here weekly and put all my friends and family on to this location
