I’ve been coming here for years and there’s a cashier name, Jewel, who every single time I have to have interactions with this woman I dread I bit my tongue bit my tongue a number of times and it’s getting to the point where I’m gonna snap back she is disrespectful. She’s rude. She’s short with everybody I don’t dare her God forbid she’s working come back in or even say my drink is made wrong because then you get even more attitude from her. Customer service is terrible. Tried to order coffee. They were cleaning the machine no coffee want to charge me five dollars for an Americano when I just wanted a coffee. So much better before Covid. Not sure what they’re doing, but they are not very good here.
Quiet space for study.
Jewel the cashier for drive thru is extremely rude. Extremely nasty attitude has no business being in customer service. This is the 3rd time we’ve come here while she’s working and she’s had a bad attitude Everytime. Every other cashier is friendly
I usually never have a bad experience here. the staff is amazing except for one person who is always unpleasant JEWEL. She is always rude and her tone always sounds likes she's fed up. She's quick to give you attitude. I asked her a question about my payment and she raised her voice at me and told me" you should have told me earlier! No!"
