Meh. At some point they decided to stop giving sleeves with hot drinks and napkins with food unless I explicitly ask. I found I can hold a 160° drink just long enough to realize it's really f ing hot. This is just obvious penny pinching. Sleeves and napkins are the cheapest, least wasteful part of a Starbucks order but make it a nice place to go. Luckily we have Dutch Bros and Human Bean nearby, I'd recommend those places instead. Made an online order and they ran out of what I had ordered. The staff was super super friendly and apologetic. I used to work at Starbucks for 4 years and it’s so good to see nice baristas I feel like so many locations now are just full of unhappy baristas who tend to do the bare minimum but not this one
