I come in there at 9:27. The girl is having a full on conversation with a customer after he’s already paid. I’m still standing in line waiting to get help and then when I do get help to take 17 minutes to get one iced macchiato and the place was not busy at all. There was one person ahead of me two people outside on the patio. The drive-through had a few people coming through but 17 to 20 minutes for one. It's Starbucks
I'm not a big Starbucks fan, my girlfriend is, but the few times we have been here, the staff were awesome, the coffee was good, and the food isn't bad. Their food is prepackaged so they don't handle it except to heat it, so I'm not a fan, but I understand what I'm getting so I'm not disappointed with my choices there.
