Someone invented mobile order for a reason. I shouldn't have to go in there past the time it says it will be ready, and still leave without my drink. Yeah sure I could make it at home, right , but isn't this is why we have these types of places, I choose to spend money here: It wasn't even near as busy as I have seen it before , and she had a line of stickers yet. People definitely need to start taking more pride in their jobs.
Why can't you guys make a cup of coffee or cold brew? It's all watered down half the time. With like 8 people running around. It's crazy.
They are great people and always have a smile on their face...
