Literally just walked in there. At least 6 workers. I stood there waiting for over almost 2 minutes before someone asked to take my order despite multiple workers making eye contact with me. I also wasn’t asked what size drink I wanted until after I was charged.
I wanna first start off by saying that the staff are all very friendly and the store is clean. The problem is this is the least consistent location I’ve ever been to. They seem to be reusing their tea bags when brewing black tea. I’ve had my black tea “remade” but it still comes back very light in color like green tea. The tea just tastes like water. I’ve talked to the staff and they say they think the tea bags are not all the same weight from the factory for that effect the product. I’m not sure if this true. I’m just unhap... read more
