Manager bad mouthing employees
I go in and pick up a doordash order. I first use the restroom. as im picking up a doordash order at the counter im told restrooms are only for customers. Im here picking up a order doesn't matter if it is a doordash, I am representing the customer. I should be treated the same as all the other customers.
Overheard the staff speaking to each other as a doordasher was leaving making a comment loudly so he could hear about how they aren’t allowed to use the restroom?!?! Other restaurants give them water cups, sodas even seen Chick-fil-A gives them free breakfast burritos for the service they do but Starbucks doesn’t even give them the decency to use the bathroom when they are picking up an order for someone?
