I’ve been here a few times. It’s okay sometimes. Most recently I’ve noticed the service being bad. Not necessarily employees being rude, but I often notice them on their phones. Specially one blonde girl a lot. I also have noticed that employees will take stacks of the prepackaged foods home with them. I love Starbucks, I am such an addict to it, I float around for work so I always look forward to my drink, today unfortunately was not a good day. I had my spouse go and pick my coworkers drinks up for a treat and when I got it everything about them was wrong, I did do a mistake of forgetting to tell them to have one of them warm, so I drove right over there on my lunch to get them all corrected, one of the matcha was a very ugly dull green color, it looked grey, and one was just supposed to be warm and the other was added c... read more
I’ve been to this location a few times. Most of the times I’ve been in there has been an employee named grace working there. She is constantly on her phone where customers can see her. Always being annoying and loud. I don’t imagine she’s an asset to this company with how little work she does and how distracting she Is. I like this location and the drinks I get. But I will not be coming back as long as she has a job.
