I had a terrible experience at Starbucks with Erandy. The customer service was awful--rude and unhelpful. My order was wrong, and the staff didn't seem to care. Definitely not coming back.
The service was slow, my drink wasn’t made as requested; a simple drink off their standard menu. I asked for light ice and was given full ice. Erandy was unpleasant and gave me a reason to not return at all. I do not recommend this location. There’s Starbucks everywhere
Worst customer service from barista, not friendly at all, have major attitude problem.
The worker Erandy was quite rude when I asked for help with my order twice. Definitely not the level of customer service I expect from Starbucks
