I just don’t know about this location. From the time it opened, which is around 5 years…. it’s always been a stand out and not in a good way. The staff acts mad and unhappy. You pull up and it all starts with the irritated voice asking you “What can I get you” and many many times they will kep you at the speaker, to delay you there as this helps improve their service speed times. Friendly staff altho they got my cortado wrong (wanted a plain, they gave me a brown sugar). There is only 1 power outlet in the ENTIRE store, so be prepared to wait until the nodding off transient person is done charging their phone if you would like to use it. All power outlets along the wall are covered. Their store response "Create a welcoming space to inspire our community" . I am not inspired to stay here longer than I absolutely need to.
Priscilla has the best customer service. It's so early and she has a smile on her face and super friendly and she is fast.
