The young lady that service us was on polite and chewing gum while working on the food area
“I was really let down by the service. I ordered ahead on the app, but the employee ignored me multiple times. The manager, Ocean, stepped in, but rather than addressing the issue, she just asked if I needed straws and gave me a dismissive look. I will never come back to that Starbucks—this was extremely frustrating.”
This place is so unorganized placed my Mobil order at 845m said it was ready went for my order and I still didn’t get it till 947 it’s ridiculous and the girl was so rude when I was trying to get refunded they are so understaff if there really that busy I never exprienced this at any Starbucks I would never recommend this place
