So I sent one of my coworkers to pick up my coffee and egg bites … she only comes back with my coffee, so I then have to drive back to the store to find out what happened. Recent update: 10 people behind the counter= STILL slow, poor service. No response, no napkins out, no creamer out... ever. If you think I'm exaggerating, check the reviews for this location elsewhere. Even the response this franchise owner left here was just a generic response that leads to an option to order through the starbucks website:( Original review (07/17/22): It's shocking how poor the customer service is.
