At 8:25 AM I walk in and talk to the cashier. I asked for a small cup of water and they said “ sorry you have to purchase the item to get your water” I never heard that from any other franchise of Starbucks stating that you need to purchase a item to get your water when water is for free, but I don’t blame the employee. I blame the franchisee who owns the establishment. Major thumbs down if you’re gonna buy a coffee or latte might as well buy bread or a piece of string cheese if that even goes with coffee which it does not!
They took 40 minutes on a mobile order and they got my order wrong. It took 15 minutes after to receive my right order. The store was empty as well. Terrible customer service.
They have about 10-12 staff members working every morning yet every time I come to pick up my order I get no acknowledgement ~ I’ll wait a minute Or two then once I say something they provide the drink with an attitude as if I am bothering them
They don’t know how to answer the phone
