Apparently this is the only Starbucks in the country where they won’t give you a water when you’re thirsty without ordering something else. Even in Disney they will do this.
Poor Nate. He was doing all the drinks. There was no single person helping him. There’s 20 people here waiting while ONE PERSON IS DOING THE DRINKS. Nate, You Deserve raise, Starbucks. Please do better and put more associates to do drinks as well.
The staff is generally very nice and the ambiance is nice. However, this location is horrifically slow at all times. I recommend ordering your drinks/food at LEAST 20 minutes in advance if you don't want to stand around. I have wasted entire lunch breaks waiting for my food to even get to me.
Elliana is truly exceptional! We’ve had many disappointing experiences at other Starbucks locations, where staff often responded rudely or dismissively when we raised concerns—especially when a drink was made incorrectly.
