Rude staff, who condescends their customer base and has an attitude. I’ve gone here for over 3 months, and it’s always the same. Absolutely no positivity and overall poor Starbucks customer service, but I supposed that’s what you get when it’s inside a grocery store.
Jewel and Hunter were both really nice and had everything out fast. Always a good experience when they’re working. My fav Starbucks!

Honestly, hands down the best experience I have had in a while, thought Id share a few. A couple days ago I got my Latťe and was greeted with a warm and welcoming environment from two baristas a guy and a girl both with piercings. Cracked a few jokes whilst being patient with my complicated order. I received my order welly crafted with care, and a very kind inspirational message with well written penmanship, “you are AWESOME, take this as a sign to go do it, you got this!” Left an impact on me, I will remember this. Everytime I think coming to this location will be better & it never is! Drink ordered here are disgusting. My quad shot iced coffee drink taste like milk - EVERY SINGLE TIME. The kids working here look like they've just rolled out of bed. No customer service skills. This location has gone downhill in the past 3years.
