Unfortunately, I've had several disappointing experiences at this location. Whenever I place a larger order with multiple drinks and sandwiches, items or add-ons such as whipped cream or extra caramel are often forgotten. I then have to stand by the counter for a long time trying to get an employee's attention. Even when they see me waiting or I try to speak to them, I'm often not acknowledged. This is a nice location, but my experiences with one particular barista have made me stop coming here. On one visit, my order had to be corrected three times. I was polite when requesting the corrections, but since then she has repeatedly scowled and gossiped about me whenever I come in. I even overheard her tell another barista, “I hate that guy,” apparently not realizing I could hear her. I simply wanted the order I paid for to be made correctly. Burned shots did not make my order decaf, missed caramel drizzle and half the ingredients in the order
Truly great location. Always fast, accurate, and friendly. I'm the type that does mobile orders and picks up and I have never had to wait here. One time even did a big order with 12 drinks and they still had it done super fast. I also order Cortados which is not a super popular drink, but they make it right every time. I've tried some of the other drive through coffee competitors out there, and most of them have no clue what a Cortado even is.
