This is hands down one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve had. The store felt completely unorganized, and there was no sense of urgency from the staff when it came to preparing drinks. Employees were more focused on chatting and laughing with each other than serving customers. Unfortunately, our drinks were poorly made and tasted terrible. If you’re in the area, I recommend skipping this location and trying one of the smaller nearby coffee shops—they’re likely a better use of your time and money.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Took 36 minutes for them to even start making my drink. Said it was ready on the app and they hadn’t even started it. Made the drink completely wrong. Do not go to this location absolutely awful. Rude employees too.
Service staff was rude and super slow.
OK, after several bad experiences people need to be warned about the terrible, unpredictable experience. I ordered online as usual and the app said 20 minutes. When I got to the counter there were about 15 people regular line. After 30 minutes there were only 2 people in the regular line and everyone I kine when I arrived had been served 10 minutes earlier.
