I arrived to pick them up right as the “ready”” notification came through. I received one drink and waited for the other two - they never arrived. Osmany is superhuman! Stays cool and calm under pressure and gets things done!
Very inefficient service for an airport boarding area. The line moved extremely slowly, and there was little to no assistance for customers. At such a busy airport location, they clearly need more staff and more equipment, including additional coffee machines and ovens, to handle the volume of travelers efficiently. Don’t order here if you don’t want to risk missing your boarding time. The wait was unreasonably long and incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re trying to catch a flight. I just lost my money there.
