OK, after several bad experiences people need to be warned about the terrible, unpredictable experience. I ordered online as usual and the app said 20 minutes. When I got to the counter there were about 15 people regular line. After 30 minutes there were only 2 people in the regular line and everyone I kine when I arrived had been served 10 minutes earlier. I ordered through the mobile app and when I went to pick up my order, the barista told me they ran out of an item. He suggested replacements for the item I wanted but I didn't want anything he suggested and asked to be refunded for the missing item. He said he would cancel the item on the order so I would not get charged for it. I come back 30 mins later and my digital receipt on the Starbucks app shows it was not canceled and I was still charged. The worst customer service ever and I’m not use to leave bad reviews . Food is terrible, mocha feels like it was made with water not milk and the staff looks like they want to you to go somewhere else. Starbucks is going downhill. The place is clearly understaffed
