Ordered 3 drinks via mobile order at this Starbucks location in the airport (order was under the name Katherin D.)Friday, September 4 at around 10 AM. I arrived to pick them up right as the “ready”” notification came through. I received one drink and waited for the other two - they never arrived. Very inefficient service for an airport boarding area. The line moved extremely slowly, and there was little to no assistance for customers. At such a busy airport location, they clearly need more staff and more equipment, including additional coffee machines and ovens, to handle the volume of travelers efficiently. Don’t order here if you don’t want to risk missing your boarding time. The wait was unreasonably long and incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re trying to catch a flight. I just lost my money there.

The slowest Sturbucks I’ve ever been to. Took almost 40 min to get 2 refreshers and a coffee. At the airport where things should be moving quickly because of the number of people passing through! The bottleneck starts at the cashier during order placement and filling order process is slow as well. At the end our order was incorrect and we did not have time to go through this again. Get your coffee at a different place.
