The folks at the D32 Starbucks work hard but are swamped and understaffed for the amount of customers they get at any minute. I placed a mobile order and the order time showed up to 25 minutes. That was fine, I had 45 minutes before I had to be at my gate so plenty of time. When I hit the order button it went from up to 25 minutes to 60+ minutes! This 5 stars is solely for Gerik, the only one working fast. Everyone else works very slow if it weren’t for Gerik this would be a 1 star review. Line out the door and everyone else is chatting about personal stuff.
Customer service are great. I feel like I’m welcome as if they’re my family.
Located near Gate D32, this Starbucks is rockin’ and poppin’. It’s always busy when I’m here, but since my last trip, things are super organized and they work like a well oiled machine. Despite the long lines I was able to order and get my drink rather quickly (less than 10min). The line to order is all the way to the right and then you make a u turn and wait out front to pick up your order.
