Ok. Today the service was awesome. Barista was so nice to my daughter who I brought in for a special occasion for a decaf pumpkin latte. 10/10 service from Kaitlyn! I ride my bike here from the green belt, on a safe path, so this my fav Starbucks location.
I have been coming here for many years and have been a long standing customer, who has seen and experienced many Starbucks partners. Many of whom, have been very good. Fast forward to today and the attitude of the younger generation needs an attitude check. They need to get over themselves and understand what customer service is all about. I really wish I didn’t have to waste my time writing this. But this store is a literal nightmare, they continually mess up my order and from what I see on other reviews this is a consistent issue. The customer service is nothing short of awful and the general experience here is almost never good. Really liked how this place was set up. The barista was wonderful and nice and made a fantastic drink
Riley and the gals there are so awesome and patient. this State street n marketplace location is awesome. I haven't been inside so I can't realistically score it. Starbucks food is well mass produced so food score is for the drinks they've made for me
