Starbucks at 5021 W State Street needs to be aware that the drive-up window stainless steel shelf is always filthy, and even the lip of the shelf has dried up drips. *If this is what a customer sees when picking up at the window, it makes one question how much attention to detail when it comes to cleaning and health they are actually paying attention to inside the prep area. It's nice, but I'm a fat dude, and the day was hot and humid, and the AC wasn't up enough for jeans. Still nice.

They really try to make your order exactly ad you order that thang, sweetest people and the one I frequent most lol Girl..like everyday. Iced brown sugar oatmilk latte with extra brown sugar cold foam. They slay dude. I appreciate the boss lady with brown hair as well I don't know your name but I've seen some good days and busssyy days and you keep the team together, Bravvaaaaa, and thank you guys ! You're all pretty great.
Consistently Disappointing I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks for months, but in the last six months, my orders have been messed up repeatedly. This morning, I paid $7 for a latte that had no coffee in it — just lukewarm milk. It's frustrating to keep paying for mistakes. I’m not sure how much longer I’ll keep coming back.
