Starbucks is always a winner for me.
This place is a joke. My daughter and I frequent this Target a lot and on another weekday shopping trip we stop for Starbucks and here we go again - They are out of EVERYTHING! My daughter proceeds to order a refresher out of strawberries, mango and Dragonfruit. Ok how about a Java Chip Frap - we don’t have mocha sauce and the chips to make it. So what can you make?
