One of the worst-run Starbucks joints I’ve been to. Stuff seems untrained in basic business operations, they don’t know what’s in the inventory, and don’t update the online inventory status. I’ve made a mobile order and when I arrived to pick up one item was missing — they “don’t know” how to refund it, I need to call some number, they are not sure which number 🤷♂️ Haven’t received any refund in the end. A perfect one star experience ⭐️
