I had a frustrating experience at this Starbucks that I feel needs to be addressed. Despite ordering before the man behind me, the female baristas prioritized him, making his four drinks before even starting mine. This kind of male-centered behavior from staff is disappointing and unacceptable. All customers deserve equal treatment. I hope the management takes this seriously and reminds their team that good service means serving everyone with fairness and respect.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The barista was rude and unhelpful. I showed her my order in the Starbucks app (for 2 coffees), but she tried to scan 4 and seemed confused about basic options like syrups. I had to explain the order multiple times, but instead of listening, she just insisted I order through the app — which at this location only works with Starbucks cards (not even regular payment).
