I ordered a butterfly drink venti size, they gave me a grande, then they made the wrong drink and gave the tropical one, I told the 2 girls that they made it wrong and then they had the audacity to tell me “oh that drink is nasty nobody orders it” and then they remade it and when i tried it, it was way too sweet. No wonder you say it’s nasty, you make it nasty!!
It would be greatly appreciated if the staff could be more attentive and alert at the start of their shift. I was running late for work, ordered a hot latte, and was given plain hot milk instead. I only realized the mistake after I had already left and was in my car. Please ensure better attention to order accuracy moving forward. Perhaps it would help for the team to have their coffee before starting their shift.
Unfortunately, the woman serving customers was very rude, which created an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. I hope the service improves
I just visited the Starbucks that’s inside the publix store and I was served by a girl whose name I believe is Paola. Honestly, Starbucks should make sure that they hire employees that are nice and kind to their customers, not just people who act like they’re doing you a favor.
Don’t come unless you wanna wait 35 min for a cold brew.
