The cashier who worked on 6/6 3am was delightful! His service was great
Very disappointing experience. I stopped by to pick up a mobile order and, when my name was called, there was an employee mopping or wiping the floor directly in front of the pickup counter while customers were trying to collect their orders. I was also on a phone call at the time. An employee handed me two bags, so I naturally assumed both were part of my order and started walking away. Exceptional Service! The barista Julio was an absolute standout. I stopped by this location during an incredibly stressful personal situation. He was efficient, highly professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my order, and mood, was perfect. Employees with his work ethic and leadership potential are rare. I highly recommend this Starbucks location! Better than stayinh in the hospital waiting room too, keep it 24/7! :)
