The guy with the blonde braids working on 10/27/26 during 7-10pm has no customer service etiquette, had 2 separate interactions with him and he had an attitude both times as if we were bothering him. It already sucks having to go to the hospital, but what sucks is getting an attitude from a cashier that’s unhappy with his job and projects it onto the customer.
Very poor service from an employee named Luan Wong—the treatment was horrible. I suspect he brings his personal problems to work; his frustration is not my fault. I feel sorry for him if he’s not happy with his job.
Luar Wong was amazingly helpful. He suggested the Banana bread iced chai and wow! So pleasant and bubbly!
I had to use the restroom and the manager refuse to let use bathroom when I told them I needed to use quick to than buy my coffee as a customer.... I even told them I'm buying a coffee but I needed to use bathroom ..I couldn't wait with the urgent need for coffee and than use restroom .. I believe dat was wrong and very not human kind
