This location has been terrible since it opened. No sense of urgency, no leadership, just people punching the clock. Terrible coffee every time. Do they train here??
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to! They are always out of items and are extremely slow. Poor customer service and even worse food options! Do better.
First of all, in a downtown location, not being able to pay by card in the morning is simply ridiculous. Second, when you ask for one thing and are given something completely different and you don’t have time for waiting, for the right order, it is also not good situation. Third, the place is dirty — just look at the dust in the photos. These are the cups people are expected to drink from.
