This location has to be one of best Starbucks locations to go to. The staff are all extremely friendly and efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my White chocolate mocha. Supreme perfection every time!!!!
plenty of workers. Looking busy & buzzing around but why was MY wait so long? Not impatient but surprised how long a wait for one large iced latte. I'm looking at the other side at the drive-through customer who looked peeved about the wait.
I have to stay that I have been going here for years and this place is going down hill!! The drive thru is horrible. Worst customer service. They have broken speaker and never can hear your order. The lines are at least 20 mins long on a good day. Stay away!! Go to the one in Target.
I'm very pleased with this location. The employees are friendly and their service is great. I'm very satisfied with their drive thru as well !
