UPDATE 3/9/2025: After reading the (more than likely encouraged) positive reviews for Kirsten written since I’ve posted mine, I can see that I’ve made an impact. All she has to do is give the refund and I’ll remove my review, but instead, she apparently continues to operate her massage biz in a way that eventually will come back to bite her. Amazing deep tissue massage from Kirsten. She keeps checking in to make sure the pressure is right for you. Looking forward to my next massage and can't recommend her enough.
UPDATE 11/15/2024: I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The person who maybe runs this outfit (Kirsten Merrill?) skipped town (Lake Oswego, OR) without refunding the $144 I spent on a massage gift certificate for my daughter that she never got to use at Lake Oswego Massage Therapy. When I found out she was gone, I was directed to where she is now, which is Star Valley Massage Therapy. I emailed her and asked for the refund, but she refuses. Have had the pleasure of getting a massage from Star Valley Massage AND Lake Oswego Massage. One of the very best therapists on the planet. Highly professional and friendly.
