I went into the emergency room on a Saturday night with severe ear pain. The doctor looked in my ear and told me I had a perforated eardrum. And she proceeded to show the nurse she was training the same thing. I was given ear drops and medication and left. The next day I had severe vertigo and could not get out of bed. I called the number back on the discharge papers and was told that was the wrong number so I called the number they gave me. Après un malaise de mon mari, l'ambulance est arrivée très rapidement et la prise en charge très efficace. L'accueil a été formidable. Merci à tout le personnel, soignant ou administratif, qui a montré un grand professionnalisme et une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Surtout à l'infirmière qui nous a raccompagnés à notre hôtel, à plus de 20km, à la fin de son service. Merci de tout coeur!
Both my wife and I have been going here with Dr Sharp as our primary caregiver. He makes you feel more like people needing care than a number or patient in a clinic. Collette the nurse also adds that special effort. She is one of few nurses that can draw my blood in one poke and never bruise. They both made me comfortable discussing symptoms without judgement in a professional yet wholsom manner.
I was having trouble breathing went to urgent care Kathy at desk was awesome took me into see NP Larson checked me out took me into the ER they started working on me right away Chris and Helen were the ER nurses excellent and also Cody did x-ray and cat scan last but not least Dr Murray everyone was awesome!!!!
I had to go the ER on the 4th of July. The doctors and staff were excellent! Great to have a facility with a CT scan and a 24/7 ER in Alpine.
