My family is very grateful to have this clinic so close. Also, the extra weekend hours that it is open have helped us to not have to go to the ER or drive all the way to Idaho Falls. The doctors, nurses and receptionist are always very nice. Thank you for doing such a great job!
Showed up 30 minutes before they closed for the day and weekend and we received fantastic care for our toddler! Thank you all very much for the great attentive care!
Very impressed with the clinic and caregivers! We full time RV so finding excellent medical care as we travel across the country can sometimes be challenging. I feel very fortunate that we were able to go to Star Valley Health this morning and get my needs taken care of. Beautiful clinic!!
My son had an accident on a Sunday evening (5/18/23). We were afraid he had cut an artery in his foot so we rushed him to SVH Alpine. I called ahead of time to let them know we were on our way. The front desk lady was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She said, "Uhm, we closed at 7." I told her, "Well, good thing it's not 7 yet. We are on our way and will be there before 7."
