The worst freight company I've ever dealt with always a delay U pay EXPRESS for what ?? To wait even longer even with PRIORITY it means nothing to them 1 out of 10 I would of sacked the management and driver how hard is it ESPECIALLY when its a medical EXPRESS order
Shocking service. Recorded as futile delivery. Someone was present all day and no one even showed up to pick the items up. Not the first time this has happened at Wagga.
Absolutely PITIFUL handling of any and ALL medication over the holiday period. Have delayed mine for over 2 weeks now, and have made absolutely NO EFFORT to update tracking since the 2nd of jan, which was already a week late. Multiple phone calls from me AND the pharmacy later, they have delayed the package AGAIN. This is absolutely disgraceful, considering my roommate has gotten PC PARTS before my EXPRESS POSTED MEDICATION that is over 2 WEEKS LATE. Parcel wasn't scanned at the Parcel Collect when it arrived. It sat for 2 days at post office and only reason I got it was I went and asked had it come in.
