We had a gas leak on our house line and needed repair ASAP as we were living without hot water! These guys came out right away, did the work quickly and perfectly. I was able to get PG&E back out the next morning to inspect their work to turn the gas back on — they even came out that next morning to double check the system was holding to ensure we’d pass inspection. The PG&E guy was impressed by their speed and work quality. Thank you Freddy and team!

We had a clog and Josh came out to take a look at it. He was on time, polite, professional and took care of our problem. He gave us his honest opinion, tried a few different things and explained in detail what he needed to do to correct the issue. I would use Josh and Star Rooter for any plumbing issue we have. Highly recommended.

Jesus was very attentive In making sure I understood what was wrong and Explained what I needed and gave me the best price compared to the others that I found in the area. His response to my call was 30 minutes. I will be using him again in the future.

Sewer lateral replacement- had some issues immediately after this work was performed. Old pipes couldn’t take the movement, jarring work to complete. No sympathy from Star Rooter, no negotiations allowed, $5800 over estimate - Joe upset that we would even ask for consideration on price- bummer! Had to ask for return to leave worksite clean. Made to feel like we were fortunate Joe would return as it wasn’t his crew who left it like this? Have warranty service on labor but at what level of customer service?
