I went to an open house that this agent had and the house didn't even have the electric turned on. The first thing he asked was, "Do you have a flash light on your phone?". There was no water in the toilets and while walking in the bathrooms, I was walking on dead bug carcasses. I then heard him telling someone else that the house was being sold "as is".
