They were on time for the initial appointment on Saturday. They gave me a quote, and told me that it would take two days to schedule the work after I agreed. I called on Monday and asked to have the work done on Friday. Antonio said that someone would call me back to tell me the time. I never heard from anyone and finally called them on Friday to be told by Antonio that he could not find my paperwork. He said he would call me back when he got to the office.
