Antonio knows how to diagnose all kids of tricky issues with pump and sprinkler system. The work quality and pace of fixes are high when he is present on the job. However, when his workers/staff are alone on the project, the time to diagnose problems can increase significantly; which will result in higher labor costs.
I hired them through HomeAdvisor and what a mistake. Two guys came and told me the pump is bad and they would have to take it to be repaired. I had to give them $135 upfront of which in two days they have already withdrawn from my account and that did not include what the repair would be for the pump. It has been 1 week and a day now and no one has called me to let me know what is going on. I left a message for Antonio this evening and waiting for a reply . I call that bad business.
