If I could give a no star review, I would. Absolutely the worse landlords you could deal with. Northshore Terrace is one of the properties they manage and the one I stayed in. Everything was fine and dandy until we moved out and about 6 months later I received a debt notice of $1200 from a debt collector that had been contacted by Bluestar. I immediately called the reality manager to figure out what was going on. Nothing the property itself is a waste land the tenants are all on drugs and its basically the slums of redbank the apartments are very run down which are why they are so cheap I'm glad I got out now I'm living luxurious being in that environment is terrible for your kids

WORSE landlord you could ever want to rent from. Moved in to a filthy house and still had to pay a deposit. The place smelled like cats had lived there for months and the carpet was soo sticky I had to pay for prof to come in to clean it. The landlord "said" there was central heat and air in the place but thats a laugh as well. There IS heat but there has NEVER been any AC the whole time I have lived there. Even after calling many times to have someone come out to fix it, it is still over 85 in the house daily. SO, unless yo... read more
