The worst place to ever live. If I could give no stars I would because the lack of respect for human life is very much sad . My grandparents live there and it’s been a mess since she moved in and now it’s going on two weeks of my grandparents not having a working stove/oven neither the top or bottom part works and has been down for almost two weeks. If I could give a no star review, I would. Absolutely the worse landlords you could deal with. Northshore Terrace is one of the properties they manage and the one I stayed in. Everything was fine and dandy until we moved out and about 6 months later I received a debt notice of $1200 from a debt collector that had been contacted by Bluestar. I immediately called the reality manager to figure out what was going on.
