Great service, professional and efficient. Mark and his team are quick to respond and repair. I arrived at my office on a Monday morning to no water. I called them after finding good recommendations on my neighborhood Facebook group. Bill (one of the plumbers) came to fix a flange because of a smelly toilet. He left in written that if the smell continues, holes may need to be cut. If the diagnostic was that, my understanding is that he knows where to cut the holes. The smell continued and I let the owner know that I wanted them to come back and cut the holes they indicated to fix the smell issue. We had called another company to unscrew our washer dryer. The person came, was abrasive and without TOUCHING ANYTHING told me the job was $1100. Called Star Plumbing (which I should have done in first place). They got here quick- and apparently the fix was also quick. Saved me almost $1000. Honest company!!!! Highly recommend!!!!
