Great PT at the Westhaven location in Franklin. Highly recommend!! The therapist provide wonderful instruction. I have used this location for several different PT issues. They have fixed my injuries each time.
Very customer focused with skilled practitioners. More of a boutique service in best sense. Customized support. Not cookie cutter.
I visited STAR to address some lost strength and mobility in my right shoulder. My therapist, Shannon Young, did an excellent job assessing my situation and giving me just the right exercise regimen to quickly get my right arm back in the game. The tingling I was feeling in my fingertips was gone within a couple of weeks, and within 10-12 sessions, my right shoulder felt just like the left one. The atmosphere at this location is light and positive, and it seems like everyone, staff and patients, are happy to be there.
Star - Westhaven location was good, Shannon was FIRST CLASS, so good at her craft for someone that young
I felt like the therapist’s were a bit unprofessional.
