Just excellent service. Mia went out of her way to help me find 9 large trees. She picked them out and had delivery set up for the following day. They delivered the next day. Thank you Mia, Jackson and Steve. Wonderful customer service.
Stay away from this place. Not worth the trouble. There are other places that will take care of you.
Professional staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. They pointed out 1 of the potting soils would damage the type of flowers I bought and the other bag in my cart was ample and that small crushed rocks or like it would provide better drainage. Got small crushed rocks then. Highly recommend! Thank you.
I went in looking for a plant that's proving hard to find. I couldn't even get one employee to even acknowledge me! When I stopped an employee to ask if they carried it, she wouldn't even look up from her watering to look at the picture. She pointed in the general direction of where something similar may be, mumbled and went back to watering. I said good morning to a woman getting off a forklift who rolled her eyes and acted annoyed I was walking around looking at plants...in a nursery...where you buy plants. It was absolute... read more
