Honest service This locally owned auto shop is one of the best in town. They are honest, fair and do great work. There are no gas pumps...just engine repair and service.

I had recently taken my car to 3 different auto repair shops looking to figure out what was wrong with my brakes Everyone except SNW, gave me the runaround and over charged. I finally took my vehicle to Star Northwest and received exceptional service. My car was done in a very timely manner, very competitive prices, and nice staff. Finally, I have no problems with my car, and it is now running with over 100,000 miles!
Avoid at all cost !!! so much for a good referral !!!took my truck in for a squeak noise and oil change (told by Firestone last oil change it was a belt ) got a call from them saying it was in need of front and rear brakes !! air filter to the amount of 600.00 dollars!! i said no .. when i picked my truck up i showed them where Firestone 2 1/2 months earlier just did front and rear brake on my truck .. when i asked for a explanation the person behind the counter gave me the run around about the brakes and proceeded to tell m... read more

Job Well Done! I have read the reviews, and after my first visit I was very impressed. Good service, didn't over charge, and I was in and out! A little confused why Mike S. said he wasn't happy, but he must have gone back again to write a second review. If you notice the only 2 negative reviews are from the same person!

The Best Around! Best shop in town...I have looked and looked for an honest dealership. I am not sure what that 1 star rating was talking about. They guys in there were so friendly and did such a great and honest job. I have nothing but positive things to say! I would recommend this shop to everyone. The owner, Donn, is so friendlly! He explained everthing I needed to know and let me decide what I wanted done!
Solid local shop. I would probably rate them 3 stars for the work they've billed me for, and 5 stars for the stuff they've done for free.
