This place is a joke. I was horrified! I made an appointment for the first time because I moved to the area and must have gotten the only person who spoke English. When I got in, I sat down and even though I had an appointment, my nail tech was not ready. So she sent this young kid (no more than 12 years old) to get me started. He clearly didn't know what he was doing. Then when my nail tech finally came over, she told me she couldnt do what I came in for and kept trying to push acrilic nails on me.
