I spent a lot of time trying to find a great, reasonable nail salon near downtown Kitchener, and I am so glad I gave this place a try! The two ladies working there are the sweetest and know what they are doing. I went there just for a manicure and happened to mention that I also wanted to get a pedicure but couldn’t because of time constraints. The sweetest lady ever and knows what she’s doing! I absolutely loved the nails she did for me, should definitely try her out in her secret jem salon in downtown Kitchener. Will definitely be coming back again!
Love the service, she’s super friendly and kid friendly, she makes amazing nails and me and my sister with her two boys have had a great time
The experience was bad, the service was so rushed and manicure is so bad. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
