I will not be going back. Five minutes in and I was bleeding, I was uncomfortable the entire time and ended up having to get more done to my nail because she messed up the shape and the polish. The customer service is not good and it was the most expensive nail job I have ever gotten. I would never recommend them

I went in and I got my nails done exactly 11 days ago, I’ve been at home sick pretty much the entire week. I’ve had three nails come off, the rest are already lifting, and one broke completely in half. I’ve NEVER had this happen before because I’m always really delicate with them and sometimes can wait three weeks to get a fill if I forget! Today was the first time in 3-4 years since I last had my nails done professionally. As soon as I walked in, Tom greeted me and was able to get started right away. Great atmosphere and salon! Will be coming back. Definitely recommend Tom! I absolutely love my nails! �

I got a pedicure yesterday and the woman who waited on me was very nice and did a nice job. However, the polish job was really no better than I could have done myself, and that was disappointing since I paid nearly $30 plus tip.
