I love Star Nails, with Tom, Jen, Kaley, Sawyer, Andrea and all the funny customers that frequent the business! I have always had a great experience, and only once did I feel like something wasn't right with my nails, but it was only after I had left the spa and a couple days later that I noticed my nails were chipping. I went back asap and Jen fixed them at no cost. I love this place! They are great people!

after paying $130 2 days later my nails looked like I had been wearing them for weeks the paint started to chip they were all filed two different shapes very unsmooth terrible work I will never go back
I love the way they do my nails.
I just left there and the lady ran my card, yelled across the store that there wasn’t enough on my card. I checked my online banking once I left; she ran it and returned the payment so it clearly wasn’t my fault. Maybe there she watch what buttons they push! Not sure why you would do that to a customer in a full store. How embarrassing, I will not go back.
