My friend and I went to get our nails done yesterday for prom, and it was honestly our worst experience getting acrylics. The people are so friendly, but incredibly unprofessional! While I was getting my nails done, the nail stylist received a text, AND ANSWERED IT, while applying the acrylic! She did this multiple times. My friend was also getting acrylics done and after they glued the tip on, the lady left for a good 10-15 minutes to do something outside the salon. Both of our nails were uneven, and lopsided. Tracey did such a fabulous job on my nails i absolutely love them!
Worst set of nails! Lopsided, uneven, and already lifting! Kim got up 4 times to work on other clients. Never asked me how I liked them shaped then got mad when I asked her to fix them. I am very upset that I spent my birthday money at that place!
