I experienced superior customer service. When you are having surgery it is so nice when the staff is attentive and accommodating. Sophia is a receptionist that went out of her way to answer questions and provide help. Connie (a nurse) was attentive to my questions and delivered on our needs. The on-premise cafe is delightful.
The nursing staff was so kind & caring. I will continue to ask for all my procedures to be done @ Legent.
Nice hospital.. Administration is awful. Its almost impossible to get a response from their admin/billing department. Avoid using this hospital.
