I don’t enjoy what is being done to me, but I do love the staff! They are all upbeat and friendly. They are always jovial and professional. It was attempted to send me to another location, but I had such a good interaction with the Plano location before that I requested to go back there. 10 out of 10! Hmm, I think I'm starting to ENJOY what they are doing to me... That's a scary thing, but at least it's not a colonoscopy!

UPDATED JUNE 19, 2026 The staff at Legent continues to impress. Outstanding care and compassion for patients. They genuinely seem happy to see us. They especially caring. They're knowledgable about my medical history, asking questions. They answer my questions clearly and fully Although it seems that patients have filled all the bays, they always ask "Is there anything else you'd like to know?" I went in to have a procedure done my appointment was scheduled for 11:40 they even called me to confirm. I get there 10 mins before scheduled to be told my appointment is at 12:20 which is cool. The time is now 1:11 and I'm still waiting. I recommend finding another facility for any procedures.

I came to this hospital for a full disc replacement surgery and the surgery went smooth. However, the staff the nursing department, the supervisors just about every other aspect of this hospital is the worst place to deal with the nurses. Don’t come check on you. They told me my wife and my baby could stay with me only for the night supervisor to come in and tell me my wife and baby can’t stay with me.
