Drove an hour to Wichita and went in looking for a mailbox post and mailbox since ours was smashed over the weekend. We were told we don’t really have anything. A few steps outside the service desk is a Gaines keystone post and mailbox on display. I understand it’s probably special order but to just be told they don’t do mailboxes when one is on display with no other help or explanation is terrible in my opinion. Why have one on display or service people answering questions if it’s not an option.
Jordan was helpful with my LP smart siding. I’m an amateur when it comes to siding replacement but he helped me find the right siding. They were happy to cut it down to 8 feet so it fit into my car.
The prices were good and one of the only places I could find that could make the three solid core custom size doors that I needed. Took a little over a month to have them made and was told I would get a phone call when they were ready for pickup. I never got a call. I had to go in and check to see if they were done and they were. Who knows how long they had been finished as I never received the phone call I was told I would. And who knows how long they would've been sitting there if I hadn't taken it upon myself to look into... read more
