The prices were good and one of the only places I could find that could make the three solid core custom size doors that I needed. Took a little over a month to have them made and was told I would get a phone call when they were ready for pickup. I never got a call. I had to go in and check to see if they were done and they were. Who knows how long they had been finished as I never received the phone call I was told I would. Went to Star West St. Location looking for pole barn supports for my shop. As a result the CS rep behind the counter stated he didn't carry this said bracket, and when i asked him if he could call the "yard" he told me that they dont have a number over there, and for me to go check that location on my own. He further stated "good luck" as I was leaving. And of course i drove to that location and they didn't have this part. That stated, I know the yard does have a phone and it works. We obtained a materials estimate for an Onyx bathroom shower stall. Our sales consultant could not have been more knowledgeable. It was a pleasant and efficient experience. We expect to finalize the purchase quickly.
