Very honest and caring staff. Quick and efficient service. Dan in service is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. Highly recommended!
I needed a plastic key ring and was told a bunch of crap about why they couldn’t help me. I guess because I didn’t buy my car from this dealership they felt no obligation to help me.
Star Lincoln as a dealership is very good, service rep Michael is great and sales Richard was great too, they have tried to work with me on the problems I've had with my MKC...hopefully not all of them are as bad as mine. In the year and half I've had the car it's been in for service 5 times. And it still has a terrible ride on the front end. Can't wait until this lease is up, most likely I won't buy another Lincoln .
