their customer service has fallen to the waist side and the employees don't even care. I've been going to star Lincoln for two decades and I've never been treated like this. they kept my car for 2 mnths and when I receive it back a sleeve on my rims were broke, spare tire missing, and the inside of the car was full of dust. and i when mentioned all this to the Mgr. he said he'll look into it and call me; well it's been 3 months and I haven't heard a word yet
1. At closing, keep to the deal that was promised before arrival of the car and not increase "because I may have misunderstood the deal"., when it was stated in writing by the salesman before ordering the car 2. Obtain the necessary plate or sticker from the Secretary oa State rsather than just collecting the transfer costs and leave the dirty work to the leasee.
The service was excellent. Shawn Drummey was outstanding and a big help.
I’ve patronized Star Lincoln for many years. Always received excellent service. The salesmen in the showroom and the guys in the service department never fail to provide the best service ever. Definitely recommend Star, they deliver and are ⭐️ ‘s.
Very clean dealership. Extremely easy to get exactly what I wanted. David was amazing! The staff was friendly! They even gave me an amazing little goody bag!!! 5 stars for sure!!
