Great customer service. Attentive salesmen.
Great at selling you a car, terrible at servicing it. Have had numerous issue with their service department from rude service reps to having to return my car numerous times for the same issue. Most recently called about a recall, told me to bring in the car at 8am, when I checked in at 8am they told me they didn’t have the parts. Then why make at appointment? Just another example a poorly run service department.
I was very happy with my experience here! Richard is a great salesman and is personable and attentive. I was also pleased with Tim who helped finalize the deal. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Lincoln.
lack of communication, lack of professionalism, lack of concern. we sat there for close to 3 hours and only time I was approached was for my license.
Customer service was great and they didn't try to hard sell anything.
