I highly recommend Ryan at Star Lincoln! While I was car shopping, I met many salespeople, and unfortunately, some were dismissive, racist, and judgmental. However, Ryan was a standout professional who was truly genuine and empathetic. No one matched the effort he put in to earn my business, even knowing I was considering a dealership closer to my home. Ryan was true to himself, approached me with respect, and went the extra mile to help me. His dedication and excellent customer service set him apart from the rest.
Derek in service takes care of my car start to finish. It’s so nice to have a loaner while my car is being worked on, I always get a free car wash and they are excellent with communication I will only buy from Star Lincoln. I live closer to another dealership but will Drive to Star Lincoln every time without hesitation
