I visit this theater quite often. I agree with the other consumers, the cleanliness of the floors and concession area can be greatly improved. Also, some of the stairs and chairs in the auditoriums are in need of maintenance. I have an Emagine Rewards card, so I enjoy the perk of free parking. I was there this past Friday to see Ghost in the Shell and noticed a police officer on site, I found that a little disturbing. Does it get that wild on the weekends to need an officer on duty? I hope not.
RecommendedGood times. Henry our bartender was awesome. Funny and fast. Got us exactly what we needed and we made our movie perfectly on time. Can't wait to get a pint and a laugh from him before my next movie. Cheers
This place is appalling. First, the parking is atrocious! Barely a parking lot. At least there was a parking deck but people were taking up 2 spots. Second, the Macomb Emagine location brings your food to your seat, not Royal Oak. All we wanted was chicken strips and fried and the Grille said it would take 15 mins. We saw Kong Skull Island and had a great time! Very clean and comfortable.
I have no complaints. We went to see Power Rangers for the matinee show. It was served quickly at snack bar. Theater was clean. Me and my son enjoyed ourselves. Only issue I may have had was when I went to the concierge , I asked her if I may use a telephone because my phone had died. Instead of being courteous, she told me to go ask a patron and see if you can use there phone.... okay thanks I guess... but that's it.
