The customer service is horrible here! I don't know what has happened to this theater. No one here seems to care about your experience, or your feelings. They think that they can treat you any type of way here, and get away with it. They pick and choose who they want bully, and pick on. The parking situation is mad crazy yo. We were late for our movie waiting just to get in the parking structure. Valet had stop taking cars.
I had an awesome time on July 21, 2017. The food at the Grille was on time and great! The movie was excellent!
I always enjoy myself when I go. But yesterday was extremely cold. Going back this weekend should i bring a blanket......
